I have a question regarding filtering interaction content base on topic and associated words or phrases. When I attempt to filter my interactions based on a topic, it will confirm that the topic is detected as one that has been set up for use in the system, and I can click on it to include it to narrow the search, but when I enter a word of phrase that I have included within that topic, I get no such confirmation and it doesn't filter down the results to include those keywords. Below this part of the Filters Column it indicates in orange text that it requires a transcript word or phrase value. Am I doing something wrong when setting up these topics and associated keywords? I've compared it to the default topics in the system, and all looks good, and when I attempt to enter a default topic with a default word or phrase, these also do not provide me with any confirmation that these words and phrases exist in the system and the program does not appear to be filtering the results based on those words or phrases. I've included a screenshot of results for reference.
