That is correct. You set in the initial flow and your Bot has to support those.

You can change language in standard flows like Inbound Call and Message, but not in a bot - it takes whatever language is be sent in from the initial flow.

Why not just add French language to the flow an set that as default. Also, at the top of the flow you can use Set Language to French to be on the extra safe side.

We created a flow for a French queue we have. When creating it, we kept the default language on English. Is there a way to update this so we can get French transcripts? Or do we have to create the flow all over from scratch and make sure to select French.
