I am wondering if there is a disconnect when a queue as an assistant assigned to it and is part of a program.  There is a warning about transcription when assigning the queue to the assistant.  Does this interfere with anything? Does it hurt accuracy for Articles popping? Besides adding phrasing to articles, is there any control over transcription accuracy?  All very new and using for some basic things right now.  I don't think anything is "broken"  all perceptions with agents and knowing something should be showing and is not showing.
