Hi, We are retrieving transcriptions ir order to make a summary of the conversation. But we have some problems when the call was managed by 2 or more agents and also if the call was scheduled because in the transcription we can see the whole transcription and we can't detect in that json wich part correspond to an agent A or an Agent B..
Can someone help me ir order to separate the partipants?
