    is there any way to filter all conversations list that only transcripts enabled?

    I am using below api

    http method: post - /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query

    #PlatformAPI

    Hi @Thirumurugan Balamurugan,

    Is the Transcription in your Org enabled on a Queue level? If so, you can use the Queues (i.e. respective queueIds)   in the segmentFilters with the enabled Voice Transcription.

    Yes, but that is only for inbound calls. consider scenarios like anonymous outbound calls, where there is no queue involved. In that case , do you have any solution please?

    Hi @Thirumurugan Balamurugan,

    Voice Transcriptions, when enabled, are not direction-dependent. 

    More details on Voice Transcription can be found at configure-voice-transcription
