Did something go out this week which changed the rate limits for the /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/transcripts/search api? I don’t see any announcements on the dev forum for it and the dev center documentation doesn’t show anything specific for that route.
I’m seeing rate limiting status codes with a retry-after of almost 60,000 which is seconds or ~42 hours. These limits now make it impossible to find out what transcriptions are available in a high volume contact center.

Decreasing a rate limit is specifically mentioned as a breaking change, so if it wasn't announced it should be reported to Care as an issue with the platform.
