Transfer to group & divisions

    Hi,

    I have an inbound call architect flow where I transfer to a group at a certain point of the flow. The flow is in a division called "A" (different from Home division). That transfer to group provokes that this interaction is split into two (the original belonging to division A and another in Home division). Two questions


    Is it possible to keep division integrity in this scenario? Or just because groups have no link to divisions it always imply belonging to home division?

    Why does it generate two interactions instead of one? If I use "transfer to number" instead of "transfer to group" in architect, only one interaction in division A is generated (as it should be)
