Hello,

I have some questions regarding Genesys Cloud Messenger Transport Mobile SDK Events and Custom Attributes - https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messenger-transport-mobile-sdk/messaging#sending-custom-attributes

1. Are there any events when an agent accepts a chat or when agents transfers the chat ? can't find anything like that here - https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messenger-transport-mobile-sdk/events

Maybe there is other way to know when Agent accepts a chat or when chat is transfered ?

2. Can we see somewhere 'Custom Attributes' on agent panel console in GC UI ?

Hello @sieni_kam

1. Those particular events like Agent Joined or Agent Transferred are not provided by the API, for both Web and Mobile. We will soon publish a Conversation Disconnected event (when either Flow or Agent disconnects), see https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-26 for tracking, GA planned in next couple of weeks.
2. You can create Scripts to show Participant Data / Custom Attributes to Agents
