    This alert trigger -- based on presence on a queue -- can be very useful. However, we do not operate 24/7 and only need alerts during our business hours. We do not want to see alerts during after-hours when no agents are present in any of the queues. Is there a way to enable the alert only during certain hours?

    Not presently, but the feature to do a desktop alert is coming that would limit the intrusion.  I also added this idea:  https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-1641
