We have a use case where we want to decide to send a Survey not based on an interaction. Instead we want to send it based on a change to an object in our custom CRM
Is it possible to initiate a web survey using an API call that is not tied to an interaction?

Unfortunately, you cannot initiate surveys outside of the out of the box methods. You can request new features and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
