Hi,
I'm looking for guidance on setting up triggers for bot-only interactions after hours. My goal is to collect customer info and trigger a workflow to notify departments for follow-up. While my data action and participant attributes (passed via conversation ID) are working, the triggers configured in the UI aren't firing as expected.
I've tested the following topics without success for bot-only interactions:
- v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.attributes (with TopLevelPrimitives, but attributes aren't being read)
- v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.acd.end (only works after live agent interaction)
- v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.user.end (only works after live agent interaction)
- v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.customer.end (only works after live agent interaction)
Can bot-only interactions trigger workflows? If so, what topic name or data format is recommended?
