Hi,
I currently have my organization's outbound routes configured with 3 trunk lines in a sequential configuration.
At the billing level I notice that a large number of calls are going out on the secondary trunks, I notice that the main trunk is not working properly.
I need to be able to see this information in real time, not waiting for the invoices to arrive from the providers, I am currently working with BYOC.
Is it possible to generate some report at interaction level to be able to filter by which trunk line the call has gone out?
At billing level, I have seen that in the use of Genesys Cloud Voice, comes a detail of the traffic of the BYOC trunks but I can not distinguish between them.
I need to be able to see it at interaction level to be able to download the corresponding PCAP to send it to my operator.
Is there any way to check it?
