    Hello Everyone,

    I would like some advice of setting up a Trunk between two organizations that we administer.

    Any advice / steer would be appreciated

    There's a few conversations in the community around this but some of it is going to depend on where your Edges sit.  But essentially it's like any other SIP trunk setup between the two of them.  Then setup Number Plans in your sites on either side to control which calls would go out through that trunk.  You can then go a bit further and look at stuff like UUIData.

    Disclaimer - I haven't setup a trunk between two Genesys Cloud orgs, but have set it up between a Genesys Cloud org and Cisco Call Manager and the hardest part of that was getting the network firewall stuff done to allow the traffic.  This also allowed for calls which came inbound to that CUCM first to be routed via route patterns and route lists etc through to the Genesys Cloud org.
