Hi
Does PureCloud cache the text to speech audio from an integrated TTS service or offload each time the step is executed in a call flow to perform the conversion on-demand?
We are comparing the use of Amazon Polly versus the PureCloud TTS out of box engine.

No the TTS is not cached. Every request goes out to the TTS service.
