I use the Google TTS engine in my flows, en-US-Neural2-C voice. It's been working well for all my IVR messaging. There are new voices available and I tried to switch to en-US-Chirp3-HD-Aoede. The new voice will play for some messaging, but will go back to the default very robotic sounding voice for others. All of my messaging is the same language (en-us) and there are no differences I've found in the messages that play with the new voice or the default.
Has anyone else experienced this or can suggest why this is happening?
