If you use your own integration then there will of course be a cost. But if you are just using Genesys Enhanced TTS in a Architect bot, then you won't be charged for Genesys Enhanced TTS, but you will be charged for bot use.

You are correct. Microsoft and Google White Label. Nice thing is you don't have to have your own account setup. Bad thing is Genesys adds 20% on top of normal charges - $5 for normal and $20 for the Neural voices per million characters as opposed to the native price of $4 and $16.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Genesys Enhanced TTS uses both Google TTS and Azure Cognitive Services TTS.
Edit: I mean, you will find voices from both. So depending on the voice you pick you will be using Azure or Google.

Genesys has TTS built into Architect. Just type your words in the text boxes or in the text portion of the slow and it will play. Now, if you don't mind a really BAD TTS voice, stick with the free stuff Genesys gives you. For a better experience, add Genesys Enhanced TTS from AppFoundry and choose some voices that actually sound human instead of something like Robot Model B-9 (for all those scifi buffs).
