    We are currently on Prem and moving to cloud.  I was told there is not a twinning option in cloud.  Is there a work around or a different status that will allow for twinning?  Our executive team will use the twinning option to allow calls routed to their cell phones when not in office.  Thanks

    Hi Kristie,

    You can in flow Architect verify the status user (use API https://developer.dev-genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-users--userId--presences-purecloud) and If not available/InQueue route it to Cellphone.
