There can be any number of reasons that an integration with a 3rd party fails, and unfortunately our UIs can't localize every possible error. So what you are seeing in the UI is just a generic error message there. If you open the dev tools for your browser and look at the Network requests, you should see a few requests like `
/api/v2/conversations/messaging/integrations/twitter/`. We're looking for a GET request there. This api request would have a response that should explain the error more fully. That would be the first place to start. If you are having trouble gathering this information, or need help understanding what it means. Please reach out to Genesys Customer Care.
