Hello Everyone,
I am needing help with the below, would greatly appreciate your help on this:
We are trying to automate the QA evaluations assignment process via Genesys cloud Policies, however, it only assigns the interaction for quality evaluations to the evaluators when we configure it for "Create evaluations by interactions". Apart from this, no other options(Create evaluations by evaluators , Create evaluations by agents) is assigning the evaluations automatically to the listed evaluators.
Any idea if there is some misconfigurations on policy side? PFA the snippet for our created policy in question.
