    No replies, thread closed.
    I am having trouble assigning new roles to an existing user. The page is seemingly stuck in a load mode.  See blue circle in the screenshot below.

    When I attempt to select Save at the bottom, I receive the following error message.

    What could be causing this issue?  I need to get it resolved ASAP as this user needs to have her Purecloud 3 license restored in order to call people today.

    Hi Carrie,

    Was this user's state ever set to Inactive? Are they still inactive? I ask, because I have run into this with an Inactive user.

    If the user is Active, you may end up needing to open a ticket. You could try opening the roles individually and see if it will let you add the user from there.
