I am having trouble assigning new roles to an existing user. The page is seemingly stuck in a load mode. See blue circle in the screenshot below.
When I attempt to select Save at the bottom, I receive the following error message.
What could be causing this issue? I need to get it resolved ASAP as this user needs to have her Purecloud 3 license restored in order to call people today.
