hi all, I need to download voicemail messages from certain mailboxes and then send them on to somewhere else (such as with FTP). i read the document here but it also confirms that this works only with implicit grant. Download Voicemail Recordings (genesys.cloud)
This is a big problem as this is an unattended script so I have to use client credentials. Is it is really true that a client credential script is unable to download these voicemail messages? I need to download voicemails from multiple boxes automatically without any user involvement which seems to be impossible with the current way of the voicemail API. thansk, Zsolt
