I found a strange error with the conversation details API.
For some reasons, the APIs below won't return a conversation with ID = 53aeb2aa-1954-4b49-a7e2-be77318c8737.
GET /analytics/conversations/:conversationId/details POST /analytics/conversations/details/query
But the endpoint /conversations/calls/:conversationId returns the conversation.
Please help.

Probably need to open a customer care case for that one so they can research why. The support people here don't have access to your organization and can only answer general and theoretical questions most of the time.

Lacking appropriate division access is a common cause. But Eos is correct that you will need to open a case with Care to investigate why that particular result isn't included in the query results as we cannot access your org's data via a forum discussion.
