  • 1.  Unable to Search for Articles in Optimizer

    Greetings,

    When I click on Optimizer and navigate to unanswered queries, there are several that I already have articles written for that I can map those queries to.  However, when I search for published articles, it returns no results (this is a recent issue-  I was able to do this without issue a week ago).

    I have verified that the articles I am searching for are published, and the name of the article is accurate.  Is there anything else I should be looking at?

    Hi Amanda,

    For this, I would raise this with care if the article is definitely published and isn't showing in the results.
