We are in the process of moving a customer from PureConnect to Cloud CX. In PureConnect we used the Interaction Attendant Default Profile as a "catch all" to answer all phone numbers that are not assigned to Attendant profiles, users, workgroups, etc. Is there an equivalent in Cloud CX? I would like to avoid having to assign each unassigned DID Number to a Call Flow.
