  • 1.  Unbale to select a forecast with start date on December 30, 2024 (that emcompasses January 1, 2025)

    Posted 2 days ago

We are currently experiencing the impossibility to generate a WFM Forecast/Schedule for the final week of December 2024, that is starting on December 30, and that inlcudes 1, 2025. The interface simply does not allow to select the first day of that week, both for forecast or schedule generation, whatever forecast generation method was selected.

Weirdly enough, generating a 2 or + weeks forecast/schedule starting the week before December 30, and thus including January 1 works fine...

Any clue on what we may do wrong ?

    Posted yesterday

When you attempted this yesterday the difference between yesterday and 30-Dec-2024 was 26w 4d (https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?m1=6&d1=27&y1=2024&m2=12&d2=30&y2=2024).

We only support producing a forecast or schedule that starts at the latest 26w out.
