Hello Steven,
I have moved your thread from the welcome community to the main community. Genesys Cloud - Main is where all technical discussions are had.
You can try the "Pick columns" its the plus sign. When the add/remove column pane appears look for the drop-down icon next to the primary status, click to expand it, select the additional status items you want to view then click save.
This should remove the +1 more indicator.

When running the performance for our teams, we found one team member that showed more than 2 call outs under duration. How do you see what the "+1 more" is on the bottom of the list? See picture attached
