Out of curiosity, you mentioned deleting the OAuth client previously; was that before or after the platform change to hide OAuth secrets was implemented which I believe was around the middle of August?
Has Genesys provided any additional information regarding these system created users?

no sso integration set on the system. current support team is helping with this isuue.
since i deleted all the oauth client last month, in the api usage, i can't find any api usage. that makes me confused how these people were created.

is there a SCIM-integration active in your system? With that the Active Directory (or other user-managment-software) could create users in Genesys.

Unknown People in this case is the alternate title for the image if not loaded or blocked. You should looks at other audit entries to see who edited the person right before this entry.
