    as i knew if it is operated by api it will show as modified by system. but all the oauth integrations were already deleted one month ago. i am not sure how the system created the user. 
    is the server cracked?

    Hello,

    I would suggest to open a ticket with Genesys Cloud Product Support/Customer Care so they can help you troubleshot and find the origin of these changes.

    We do not have access to customer logs and data from the forum.

    Unknown People in this case is the alternate title for the image if not loaded or blocked.  You should looks at other audit entries to see who edited the person right before this entry.

    thanks for your advice. it is demo system, only i can access the system at this moment (we disable all the user already) but some new people still was created by system. I didn't do anything about user creation. i already raise the case to support team for help.

    is there a SCIM-integration active in your system? With that the Active Directory (or other user-managment-software) could create users in Genesys.

    no sso integration set on the system. current support team is helping with this isuue.
    since i deleted all the oauth client last month, in the api usage, i can't find any api usage. that makes me confused how these people were created.

    Hi Allan,

    Out of curiosity, you mentioned deleting the OAuth client previously; was that before or after the platform change to hide OAuth secrets was implemented which I believe was around the middle of August?

    Has Genesys provided any additional information regarding these system created users?
