  • 1.  Update Division on an Interaction

    Is there a way through API to change the divisions that is assigned to an Interaction. Our use case is that we have an interaction that has inherited divisions through flows, queues and agent. Is it possible to remove some of these divisions from the interaction through an API call?

    I was checking out our API Explorer, but I did not immediately see any way to do this. I've moved your question over to our Genesys Cloud - Developer Community to see if any of the experts here have a good idea of how to accomplish this.

    No, it is not possible change the divisions assigned to a conversation.
