    A few of our agents are seeing this notification in the web browser. I can't replicate it on my end. What could be causing this error?

    Hi Dianne

    I suspect this is a data action being called via their agent script.  Have you recently made changes to their scripts to include either a custom action that calls data action, or some event in the script that calls a data action?
