Hi everyone,
Need help, for webmessaging widget, is there any way to overwrite / update chat logo?
Also agent avatar ?
I tried to add css file inside webmessaging iframe but got stuck on CORS

Hi Fransiska,
You can define your own custom Messenger launcher, here is a guide on how this is done: https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/pluginExamples#build-your-own-messenger-launcher
Messenger cannot display agent avatars at this time, however this is a feature we are starting on and plan to release later in 2022. Configurable bot avatar will be included as well.
