In Salesforce I am retrieving recording information by calling the Genesys API /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings. I then try to upload to Salesforce calling the Salesforce API /voicecalls/{id}/audio_upload and passing the Named credential and recording URL. The response is a status 500 Unknown Server Error. I am looking for any tips to get the recordings uploaded to Salesforce.
