When attempting to use a third party application such as Postman, we are following the instructions found inthios link Upload DNC Lists.  The problem is, the import works and shows the test numbers entered for a minute or so then the DNC list in the GUI shows a red exclimation point that says "import failed" when you hover over it.  We attempt to run a campaign that refernces the troubled DNC list and it works, meaning it does't dial the number and give us an ININ-OUTBOUND-ON-DNC-LIST.  Why is the list show import failed?  The only info we have when we run a GET /api/v2/outbound/dnclists/{dncListId}/importstatus is the following:
