We have a global team that would like the outbound caller ID to vary depending on the country code of the destination number that they are calling. For example, if they place a call to a US number, they want number X, but if they place a call to Germany, the outbound Caller ID should be Y. They will make the calls on behalf of a queue.
I can create a data table with country codes and the desired outbound number.
Is it possible to accomplish this via a script?
Or does anybody have any other thoughts? It's not practical to use different sites/trunks as it would be too many.
