  • 1.  Use variable for queue name in script for Consult/Blind transfers

    The consult transfer action provides 3 options - interpolated text, queue and user.  I want to have a single button and pass into this the name of the queue to transfer to from a variable.  How do I do this?  Is the interpolated text the trick here?

    First use your variable and the Find Queue tool to find the queue name/GUID and then use that Queue variable in the Interpolated text entry.

    Thanks Robert.  I wasn't aware you could use FindQueue within a script.
