  • 1.  Users able to see Outbound Campaign View without permission

    Would like to know how i can prevent users from seeing the 'Outbound Campaigns' view under 'Performance'.

    The users currently do not have the below permission but can still see the view:

    • Outbound > Contact List > View

    Hey James, 

    There are way more permissions that just Contact List > View. You would need to remove all Campaign related permissions for them to not see the Outbound Campaigns. See the link below and remove those if they have them.

    For the Outbound Campaigns view under Performance, you might look at the UI > Supervisordashboard > View.

    I took a look through my custom roles for supervisors (who don't see the view) and my admin team (who do) and this was one discernable difference. Not 100% if that's it, but it might be worth testing.

    hello,

    I have the exact same issue and I checked the assign permission, no Outbound campaign permission is assigned to that role but the option is still visible in the "Performance" dropdown list.

    In the past this was not visible. I suppose this happen during a recent update
