Hey Tim,
I'm not positive with you being on a Citrix VDI, but from my experience this has been caused due to location settings on the person's computer. I've had this happen to a couple of my users and we are on Windows so I had them change their Windows Default Location in their computer settings and that fixed it in Genesys.
Again, not 100% sure if that's the fix here, but that did fix the issue for me.

Hello All,
I have an end-user who's profile shows the wrong location. I looked in the system and there is no Victor location anywhere and she does not live in Victor. This wouldn't matter anyway since We all use Genesys in a Citrix VDI. Any idea of what might be pulling the wrong location?
