You asked similar question already, see response on getting UUI data from sip header.
The UUI would usually be a key, like a GUID, to use with a REST API call to retrieve the data you want to present on the agent script.
In the inbound flow get the UUI, that would make the API call to your bot captured details. Then use the set screen options in Architect to set the vars for the screen pop fields you defined.
