    Hi @tim.smith and @Jerome.Saint-Marc , Greetings of the day

    Status Code 0 is received in below scenarios.

    1. Error calling PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery: An error occurred while sending the request
    2. Error calling PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery: An error occurred while sending the request.

    API Endpoint: https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-analytics-conversations-details-query Required details are mentioned below. Genesys Region: USWest2(https://api.usw2.pure.cloud)

    We received the same error for 18 customers since 2023-12-27 9:54 PM to 2023-12-28 2:31 PM (IST) if any other details are required, please let me know.

    Please continue to work with your hosting provider to investigate the networking errors on your end. A response code of 0 means your application failed to reach Genesys Cloud at all.
