    Hello,
I am testing to send data through the trunk, I am sending it from one genesys org to another genesys org.

In both directions, in the Trunk protocol section, I have enabled the User to User Information (UUI) option with a HEX format.

Reviewing the logs of the outgoing calls, the .pcap correctly displays the information in the User-To-User: XXXXX field, but in the incoming calls, I do not see that information.

I have the Set Participant data field defined with the internal Call.UUIData variable in the incoming call flow.

It is always empty and if I check the .pcap of the incoming call the information does not appear either.

    What could be wrong?

Just confirming, you have a SIP TIE line between the two Genesys ORGs, correct?  You are not sending this to a DID through the PSTN?

Then the carrier will most likely be changing that header or not using it at all.  You need to create a SIP trunk between the two ORGs and then the UUIData will be retained.  PSTN has never been reliable for passing UUIData unless you are on the same carrier and you have PRI trunks.
