Is it possible to extract tAbandonThreshold2 fields? Since I have checked and can't find it by any documentation.

Where did you hear about tAbandonThreshold2. I've never heard of this metric.

is the metric of one of the dropout time values of 5 to 10 seconds etcc, I have taken it from the source code of purecloud

I've searched for that metric in the source code of Public API and haven't found it. The only tAbandon values are tAbandon which is "The amount of time before an end user abandoned an interaction in a queue." and tShortAbandon which is a "Subset of tAbandon with a duration under the short abandon threshold". You can find the documentation on metrics here.
