    we are doing On-premise BYOC, Audio code, Edge Server and Verint Logger integration using SIPREC, has anyone done this type of integration.
    If yes , kindly share what all configuration needs to be done for Call ID co-relation and CTI events as we are facing this issue in our on-going Integration

    You don't really need BYOC Premise for this.  You enable SIPREC in the AudioCode and point it to a trunk using BYOC Cloud.  Premise will work the same, but Genesys is trying to do away with that model.  Verint will get the SIP session and the conversation ID from SIPREC and use that to send a REFER to the SBC to fork the audio to them.  They will need a client mechanism to start the logging or a call from the IVR through a data action.  

    Question for you - why use Verint for logging when it is built into Genesys Cloud?  What feature of Verint do you see as a requirement to stay with them?

    we got the solution for the issue after the Verint team configured correlation I'd using custom data- Recording is happening smoothly now 

    To answer to your question, it was the client's requirement to use Verint
