Hi,

Is it possible to somehow view any mail-addresses added as copies or blind-copies to an outbound mail-reply? The conversation timeline does not show any other than the inbound mail, the time in queue and the agent handling time.
We are looking for information that shows all mail-addresses that was used when replying to the mail. Both to verify the time, date and address the mail and in case an agent sends sensitive information to third parties when replying to mails arriving on a mail queue.
