Greetings Genesys Community,
I am hoping to get some clarity on a Workforce Management schedules question.
In my view, I am able to see the number of team members scheduled alongside the required staff in 15-minute increments. However, when my TDP Workforce Management Specialist accesses the same schedules, they can only view the data in 30-minute increments.

My question is: what needs to be adjusted so that my team member can also view the data in 15-minute increments? Is this tied to a permission or role setting in Genesys Cloud WFM, or is there a separate display setting they need to change?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated so I can empower my team to work with the same level of detail.
