Yes, I have many saved views. Here's how my issue plays out:
I will see a list of users under Performance, then I will sometimes need to pull a call for that user, so I will click the user's name. Then I click Interactions to see a list of their interactions. Then I will choose two columns I prefer: (1) Total Talk and (2) Disconnect Type.
Even if I save that view, it is stuck viewing for that user. If I hit the back button, that view is then gone. So essentially, every time I want to see those two columns for different random users, the system forgets I prefer those two columns. The system did not behave this way before the tabs rolled out. The system always used to keep those two columns displayed for me when on any Interactions view.
Our internal system admin. said it is a known issue at Genesys, but I am surprised it is not fixed yet.

I've had some issues with this as well. Saving the views as Paulo suggests below has helped with the columns not 'sticking' - though I still have occasional issues with this, it is much less frequently- but I've also noticed that it is not remembering the default time period. This is happening even with saved views. I have a few saved to "today" but they always default to "current interval." It's an annoyance for sure.

Ever since the rollout of tabs, when I select a column to add it to certain views (e.g., Performance/Workspace/Interactions), leave that view to navigate somewhere else, the system now forgets what table columns I prefer and I have to continually add them back. For example, the ANI and Disconnect Point Table Columns.
Genesys is aware of this and working on a fix? The system remembered preferences before, but this all stopped when tabs rolled out. I am not sure if I am in the right spot in this forum. I work in the Call Center in management and we use mypurecloud to monitor agent activity. This seems like a big and I was thinking Genesys would push a fix out by now. Thanks
