A little more info on what you need to accomplish would probably help folks know better what to suggest. 

You can always export them and manipulate them however you want...but the changes would not be stored in Genesys Cloud.

Thank you for your Reply. I want achieve if the customer is not satisfied the recording need to offer Rerecording or if customer need to continue recording where they left off. Any Possible way to achieve this. Rerecording I will call Delete Voice mail message API and again offer Voice mail. But Pause and continue recording i don't have any options. Any alternate solutions for that scenario.

Ah, that is definitely quite different than I was thinking. You need to manipulate while the customer is still connected and leaving the voicemail.

Review and re-record are built into voicemail by default, so that's easy. No modifications needed.

Continue recording where they left off is not an option...I cannot think of a good way to accomplish that.
