I want to disable/OFF the voice mail recording service if the user dose not pick the call, reject the call or user not available.
I want do not call directs to the voice mail recording service.

Hi Uzair,
The behavior you are looking for is not something that you would want to do through our APIS. For a more sophisticated voicemail scenarios you might want to look at our voicemail flow in our architect toolset. You can find an article on our help center here.
