    I went through Genesys Cloud Developer Center and able to implement it for English speaking customer.

    How to get Spanish speaking customer transcription? I am setting language code in Architect flow task (& end the task to make it effective) before transferring to live agent.

    Never mind. It is resolved after enabling support languages under in-queue call flow.
