Hi, we have done the integration (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-cloud-for-salesforce/) from Genesys to Salesforce and so far everything seems to work well but when we try to get a voice transcriptions to Salesforce using this instruction https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-the-sdk-to-create-voice-transcript-in-genesys-cloud-for-salesforce/ it throws an exception.

We have already updated the package to the latest version and the url for that conversation can be found from GET/api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturl. Please let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions!

Solved! The reason was a missing permission. SpeechAndTextAnalytics:data:view
