  • 1.  Voicebot Utterance Limit

Has anyone faced this before? As part of increasing the accuracy of our bot in terms of correct queue routing, we started adding utterances to different intents in the voice bot, but we were hit by the following error: Error: domain.version.utterances.max.

Apparently, we have reached the maximum number of utterances (15,000).

Any ideas or suggestions on how we can work around this limit?

    Good Day Marwan

According to my understanding, this is the limit per Org.

    • Total utterances per organization: An organization can have a maximum of 15,000 utterances per domain version.

Perhaps see if you can review some of the utterances to see if you have any "duplicates" that can be removed, or utterances that might cause confusion, and can potentially be merged with another utterance.

    Regards

    Good Day Marwan

The only thing that I was able to find was to look at the intent health and see if there are perhaps any duplicate or unwanted utterances that can be removed.

Not sure if someone else on the communicate perhaps had a similar issue before, that can provide some additional solution or workaround.

    Regards

    Stephan
