We are deploying Poly VVX phones to various offices and when dialing *86 from the phone it states the VM box isnt configured and transfers to the message center to enter there extension. Is it not possible to have a working deskphone with vm without having to sign in to genesys? These users are communicate users and only use them as desk phones. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!
